We use Whop to automatically manage Discord memberships — your tier role is assigned, updated, and removed as your membership changes. Free members get the community channel; paid tiers unlock live class channels. After checkout, link Discord on Whop once and claim access.
We use Whop to automatically manage Discord memberships. No manual approval — roles sync when you join, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel.

Claim your free membership or complete payment on join.html (or on Whop directly). Use the same email you want for Discord and for the members area.
Go to your Whop hub or Whop orders. You should see your Auction Stack membership listed as active.
In Whop, go to your Profile → Settings, find Connected Accounts, and add Discord. Authorize access when Whop prompts you — this lets the Whop bot add you to our server and assign your role.
Use the Discord account you actually use day to day. If Discord is already listed under Connected Accounts, skip to the next step.
Once authorized, go back to Whop. Find Auction Stack and click Claim Access.
Whop adds you to the private server and assigns your tier role automatically based on your plan (Free, Nano, Micro, or Mini). Free members get the free-member community channel; paid tiers unlock live class channels.
Open the Discord app. You should see Auction Stack in your servers sidebar. Free members see the free-member channel; Nano and above unlock live class channels. Mini members also get the private Mini-only channel.
Checkout does not always add you automatically. In Whop go to Profile → Settings → Connected Accounts, add Discord, then click Claim Access on Auction Stack (steps 3 and 4 above).
Your tier role may not have landed yet. In Whop, open the Discord app and claim access again. If you upgraded tiers, give it a minute — Whop updates roles when your plan changes.
Check that your membership is active in Whop orders. Past-due or cancelled memberships lose Discord access until billing is fixed or you re-subscribe.
Email support@auctionstack.net with the email on your membership and a screenshot of your Whop orders page. We'll get you sorted.
After checkout, check your inbox for a link to set your members-area password. That unlocks the recorded class library and 1-on-1 coaching bookings on auctionstack.net/members.
